DT9842

The DT9842 is a scalable real-time USB data acquisition module with an embedded DSP for fast control loop applications. This DAQ modules features full data acquisition capability: eight 16-bit analog inputs, two or eight 16-bit analog outputs, 24 lines of digital I/O, and three 32-bit counter timers.

Each DT9840 series module includes a CD containing device drivers, an API library for developing DSP programs, an API communications library for developing host programs, the DT Dynamic Signal Analyzer application, example programs, and a number of utility programs – everything you need to get up and running with a DT9840 Series module.

DT9840 Series DSP Library – The DT9840 Series DSP Library provides I/O and communication functions that you can call from a DSP application program on a DT9840 Series module using Code Composer Studio from Texas Instruments.
DT9840 Series Host Communication Library – The DT9840 Series Host Communication Library provides functions that you can call from a host application program using Microsoft Visual Studio to allow communication between the host and a DT9840 Series module.
DT9840 Series Download Utility – The DT9840 Series Download Utility allows you to download a DSP program (that conforms to the Code Composer Studio standard) into the SDRAM of a DT9840 Series module, run the DSP program, and perform memory and LED tests on the module.
DT9840 Series Flash Programmer Utility – The DT9840 Series Flash Programmer Utility allows you to download a DSP program (that conforms to the Code Composer Studio standard) into the flash memory of a DT9840 Series module.
Example programs are provided that illustrate how to call the functions in the DT9840 Series Host Communication Library and DT9840 Series DSP Library.
DT9841 Calibration Utility – The DT9841 Calibration Utility allows you to calibrate the analog I/O circuitry of a DT9841 or DT9841E module.

Additional Software:

The free Dynamic Signal Analyzer application allows you to perform dynamic signal processing operations on a DT9840 Series module without programming.
Measure Foundry allows you to stream data from the DT9840 series module without using Visual Studio or Code Composer. Measure Foundry allows you to build complex test and measurement applications easily without writing code.
