Dynapert DD4500 Dip Inserter

The DD4500 DIP component inserter is a microprocessor controller, dual head DIP insertion machine. The DD4500 is designed to select and insert up to sixty different types of IC's, at a cycle rate of up to 4500 components per hour. The DD4500 can insert 6 to 24 pin 0.300" center space dip components and 24 to 42 pin 0.600" center space DIP components. Programs for the DD4500 are generated from PCB assembly CAD data by using a state-of-the-art CAM software package that can read data from most CAD system file outputs.
